About us
A specialist staffing partner for technical work.
Stratum Technical Talent is a Calgary-based staffing firm focused on IT, engineering, and technical roles in energy and the industries around it.
Why we exist
- Large staffing firms often treat technical roles as volume. We think they deserve more care.
- We focus on a small number of disciplines so we can understand the work and screen for it properly.
- We are based in Calgary, close to the energy industry, and we place people across Alberta, Western Canada, and remote teams.
